Terms of service

These are the terms for using LandedLlama. They are short because the service is simple: we give you an estimate, you decide what to do with it.
What the service is
LandedLlama calculates estimated US import duties, fees and trade-action layers from published tariff data, and shows the legal basis for each line so you can check it yourself.
Estimates, not customs advice
Every figure here is an estimate produced automatically from published US Harmonized Tariff Schedule data and related notices. It is not a legal determination of duty owed, and we are not customs brokers. Tariff law changes constantly and a given shipment may be affected by measures, exclusions or programs not reflected here. Before relying on a number for a real entry, verify the classification and rate with a licensed customs broker or with US Customs and Border Protection. We accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of these estimates.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it. One account is for one person or one company — do not share credentials.
Fair use
Use the site through its interface at a human pace. Do not scrape it wholesale, bypass plan limits, attempt to break into it or disrupt it for others, or resell the service without permission. Pro does not currently include public API access, bulk CSV processing or change alerts.
Free and paid plans
Free-plan daily allowances and Pro features are listed on the pricing page. LandedLlama Pro costs US$49 per month and includes unlimited calculations and origin comparisons within the limits shown there. Features described as planned or coming soon are not included in your purchase. Stripe processes payments. Your checkout shows the billing period and total before you confirm.
Monthly renewal
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase. By subscribing, you authorize the initial payment and automatic monthly renewals until you cancel. Account shows your current subscription status and renewal or end date. A failed payment may interrupt Pro access; update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve it. A checkout return page alone does not confirm that a payment succeeded.
Cancel your subscription
Open Account, choose Manage subscription and cancel in the Stripe billing portal before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the paid billing period shown in your account. You then return to the Free plan. Closing a browser or signing out does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot access your account, contact info@rpmasolutions.com for help.
Refund requests
To request a refund or report a duplicate or incorrect charge, email info@rpmasolutions.com with your account email, invoice number and a description of the issue. Do not send card details. All refund requests, including requests for the initial subscription payment and subsequent renewals, are reviewed case by case. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We confirm the outcome by email. Cancelling a subscription does not itself request or issue a refund. Any approved refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This process does not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Invoices and billing details
Stripe generates an invoice for each subscription billing period. You can view recent invoices and available PDF downloads in Account, and access the billing portal for invoice history and payment-method changes. Provide accurate billing details at checkout. Contact support for invoice corrections or if you cannot find an invoice.
Price and taxes
LandedLlama Pro costs US$49 per month, plus applicable taxes. The subscription price does not include tax. Any tax charged is added separately and itemized at checkout and on the invoice; the final total is shown before payment. Tax treatment depends on the customer location, service and applicable registration requirements. Taxes on your LandedLlama subscription are separate from the import duties estimated by the calculator.
Availability
We keep the tariff data current automatically and aim to keep the site up, but this is a service offered as is: there is no uptime guarantee, and data can lag behind an official publication.
Ending it
You can request account deletion by contacting support. Cancel your subscription in Account first, or ask support to help with cancellation and deletion together. Deletion does not automatically issue a refund or remove records that must legally be retained. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and will explain why.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and material changes are announced by email to account holders.
